How these bonus terms apply

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern every bonus, free spins offer, cashback award, tournament prize and loyalty reward made available by Mr Vegas Casino. They form part of your agreement with us and should be read together with our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Each promotion also carries its own offer terms, shown on the promotion itself and in the cashier. Where an individual offer says something different from the general rules on this page, the terms of that offer apply.

Promotional funds credited to your account and any winnings generated from them.
Free spins, bonus spins and any other spin-based reward.
Cashback, reload offers and any recurring promotion open to your account.
Prizes awarded in tournaments, prize draws, leaderboards and similar events.
Any credit applied to your account as a goodwill gesture.

We may change, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time. Where we do, the change applies from the point it is published and does not affect a bonus you have already claimed, unless we are required to act differently by law, by the terms of our gaming licence, or in order to prevent abuse.

Eligibility and claiming an offer

Offers are open only to registered account holders aged 18 or over who live in a country we accept and who have completed any identity checks we ask for. Unless an offer states otherwise, one bonus is available per person, household, postal address, shared device, IP address and payment method.

Sign in to your account and open the promotions area or the cashier.
Read the offer terms attached to the promotion, including the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement and the time limit.
Opt in, enter the bonus code where one is given, or make the qualifying deposit by one of the accepted methods shown.
Check that the bonus has been credited before you start playing. If it has not, contact us before you place a bet.

A bonus cannot be added once play has started, and we are not able to apply an offer retrospectively to a deposit that has already been used.

Bonus funds and wagering requirements

Bonus funds are held separately from your cash balance. Until the wagering requirement attached to an offer has been met, bonus funds and any winnings they produce are not available to withdraw.

The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus amount, or the bonus and qualifying deposit together, must be staked before the balance converts to cash. The figure that applies, and what it is calculated on, is shown in the offer terms and tracked in your account while the bonus is active.

Cash balance	Money you have deposited, or winnings already converted, available to withdraw at any time.
Bonus balance	Promotional funds credited to your account, subject to the wagering requirement shown with the offer.
Wagering requirement	The total amount that must be staked before bonus funds and related winnings become cash.
Maximum conversion	The cap, where one applies, on the amount of bonus winnings that can be converted to cash.
Qualifying deposit	The deposit, made by an accepted payment method, that unlocks the offer.

Where your account holds both cash and bonus funds, stakes are taken in the order set out in the cashier. Only real stakes placed while an offer is active count towards wagering; cancelled, voided or refunded bets do not.

Game contribution, stake limits and restricted play

Not every game counts towards a wagering requirement at the same rate, and some do not count at all. The contribution rates in force for a promotion are published with that promotion.

Game weighting. Slots, table games, live dealer games and video poker contribute at different rates, as set out in the offer terms.
Maximum stake. While a bonus is active, there is a cap on the amount you may stake in a single spin, hand or round. The cap is shown with the offer.
Excluded games. Some titles are excluded from promotional play altogether and will not contribute to wagering.
Low-risk betting. Covering both sides of a table game, or placing stakes that materially reduce risk in order to clear a wagering requirement, is not permitted.
Purchased features. Where a game allows a bonus feature to be bought, that purchase may be excluded while promotional funds are in play.

Expiry, withdrawals and cancelling a bonus

Every offer runs for a set period. The time limit for claiming an offer, and the separate time limit for completing the wagering requirement, are shown in the offer terms and in your account.

A bonus that is not claimed within the claim period lapses and cannot be reinstated.
A bonus that is not cleared within the wagering period is removed, along with any winnings still tied to it.
Free spins expire on the date shown. Winnings from free spins are normally credited as bonus funds and carry their own wagering requirement.
Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active forfeits that bonus and any winnings attached to it. Your cash balance remains yours.
Where a maximum conversion applies, any amount above the cap is removed at the point the bonus converts to cash.

You can cancel an active bonus yourself from your account, or ask us to remove it. Once a bonus is cancelled, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are removed, and play continues with your cash balance.

Fair play, safer gambling and how to reach us

Promotions are offered in good faith and on the understanding that they are used as intended. The following are treated as misuse of an offer:

Opening more than one account, or using another person's details, payment method or documents.
Acting together with other players, or using software or scripts, to extract value from an offer.
Chargebacks, disputed deposits, or payments made from an account that is not in your own name.
Any pattern of play designed only to clear a wagering requirement rather than to play the games.

Where we find misuse, we may void the bonus and its winnings, restrict or close the account, and withhold future offers. Decisions of this kind are taken once the account has been looked into, and we will explain the outcome to you.
