Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets, spins and hands are placed and settled on Mr Vegas Casino, and what happens when a game is interrupted. They apply to every game in our lobby, alongside the rules shown inside each game.

General Rules That Apply to All Play
These rules apply to every bet, spin and hand placed with us. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, our bonus terms and the rules built into each individual game. Where a game's own rules cover a point in more detail, those rules apply to that game.
Accounts are personal. You may hold one account only, in your own name, and you may play only with funds that belong to you. We hold a gaming licence and are required to verify accounts, so we may ask you to complete identity and payment checks at any time.
- Play is open to players aged 18 or over only. Underage play voids all bets, and any winnings are forfeited.
- Stakes are taken from your real-money balance first, unless a bonus is active and the game is played from bonus funds. The cashier shows which balance a round will draw on.
- Your available balance, any active bonus and any remaining wagering requirement are shown in your account before you stake.
- Once a bet is confirmed it is final. It cannot be cancelled, amended or returned, even while the round is still running.
- We may set or adjust stake limits, withdraw a game from the lobby, or restrict play on an account where we need to protect the integrity of a game or meet our regulatory duties.
- Placing bets by any automated means, or using software that interferes with a game, is not permitted and voids the affected rounds.
How Bets and Spins Are Settled
Games run on our game servers or on the servers of the studio that supplies the game. The outcome recorded on that server is the outcome that counts. If what your screen shows does not match the server record, the server record decides how the round is settled.
- You confirm your stake and the round is sent to the game server.
- The server generates and records the outcome using a random number generator or, at live tables, the physical result produced by the dealer.
- The round is settled against the paytable and rules published in that game's help screen.
- Any win is credited to the balance the stake was taken from, and the round is written to your game history.
Each game states its theoretical return to player, which is a long-run average measured over a very large number of rounds. It is not a prediction of what any single session will return, and short sessions can fall well above or well below the figure shown.
| What you are looking for | Where it is shown |
|---|---|
| Paytable and winning combinations | The game's help or information screen |
| Minimum and maximum stake | The bet panel and the game's help screen |
| Return to player | The game's help or information screen |
| Settled rounds and balances | The game history and statements in your account |
Malfunctions and Interrupted Games
Software and hardware can fail. Where a game, our platform or a supplier's system does not behave as it should, the affected rounds are corrected rather than paid out on a faulty result.
- If your connection drops mid-round, the game resumes from the point it reached the next time you open it, or it is settled automatically on the server and the result is applied to your balance.
- Unfinished rounds, free spins and bonus features are held open for the period set by the game supplier and shown in the game's help screen.
- Where a result is clearly wrong, for example a pay that the paytable does not support, we correct the balance and tell you what was adjusted.
- Where a game is removed or replaced while a feature is still open, we settle the open part at the stake placed.
If you think a round has been settled incorrectly, stop playing that game and contact us before you continue, so the round can be traced in the game logs.
Bonus Play, Wagering and Game Contributions
Play from bonus funds follows the bonus terms that applied when the offer was claimed, in addition to these rules. Those terms are shown with the offer and in the promotions area of your account.
- A maximum stake per round applies while a bonus is active. Staking above it may void the bonus and any winnings made from it.
- Games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates, and some games are excluded altogether. The rates that apply are listed in the bonus terms.
- Wagering is counted only on settled rounds. Rounds that are void, cancelled or still open do not count.
- Covering both sides of a bet, or playing in a way designed to clear wagering with little risk, is treated as misuse of the offer.
- Where real money and bonus funds are both present, the order in which they are used is shown in the cashier.
You can cancel an active bonus at any time from your account. Doing so removes the bonus funds and anything won from them, and leaves your real-money balance in place.
Live Casino and Table Games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer in a studio and run to the rules of the table you join. Those rules, including side bets and payouts, are published in each table's help screen.
Dealer decisions and late bets
- The dealer's call on the physical outcome of a round is final, subject to any correction made by the studio where a card, wheel or shoe error is identified.
- Bets must be placed and confirmed before the betting window closes. A bet that is not confirmed in time is not accepted and is returned to your balance.
- Where a card is exposed in error, a wheel result is invalid, or the shoe is misdealt, the round or the affected hand is void and stakes are returned.
- Dealers may not discuss how a hand should be played, and seats may be released if you are inactive for the period shown at the table.
Game-specific rules
Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker variants differ between studios, including how splits, insurance, surrender and dealer draws are handled. Always look at the help screen for the specific table before you take a seat, as the version you played previously may settle differently.
Questions and Disputes About a Round
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact us by live chat or by e-mail to support@casinomrvegas.co.uk. We look into the round against our game logs and the supplier's records and come back to you with what those records show.
- The name of the game and, at live tables, the table you were playing at.
- The date and time of the round, including your time zone.
- The round or transaction reference from your game history.
- The stake placed, the result you saw and what you expected to be paid.
We acknowledge your message, confirm what we find and explain any adjustment made to your balance. Where a point is still unresolved, our complaints procedure sets out the next steps, including referral to an independent dispute service.
